VoltDrop Pro, Inc. ("VoltDrop Pro," "we," "our," or "us") operates this website and the early-access program for the VoltDrop Pro electrical estimating and calculation workflow platform.

Information we collect
We deliberately collect as little data as possible. The data we do collect is grouped into three categories:
Information you submit
- Name, company, work email, role, and an optional free-form message — submitted through the early-access request forms.
- Inputs you enter into the on-page voltage drop demo (voltage, current, conductor size, distance, etc.). These inputs stay in your browser unless you submit an early-access request, in which case we may attach a snapshot for context.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Netlify), including IP address, request timestamps, user-agent strings, and referring URLs. These logs are retained for normal operational and security purposes.
- Aggregate, anonymized usage analytics — page views, broad device class, and which sections of the page are reached. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
Cookies & similar technologies
The site uses a minimal set of first-party cookies for basic analytics and to remember whether you've completed the free voltage drop demo run. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers.
How we use information
We use submitted and collected data only to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the site and the demo.
- Respond to early-access requests and onboard approved participants.
- Send transactional and product-update emails directly related to your request (no marketing newsletters unless you opt in).
- Investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
- Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
How we store & protect data
Early-access submissions are received through Netlify Forms and are accessible only to a small number of authorized VoltDrop Pro personnel. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting and form-processing providers.
We retain submitted data for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate the early-access program and to respond to your request. You may ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact address below.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.
Send any such request to privacy@voltdrop.pro and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes site requests and form submissions on our behalf. Email may be delivered through a transactional email provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
